From the tasks she started with – sorting gemstones by color and size, counting pearls, and examining the jewelry as it came into stock – Esther has been training her eye for subtle details, design and quality.

Born into one of America’s most beloved family businesses, Esther grew up with a deep appreciation for artistry, quality, and customer trust. Her journey in the industry began under the mentorship of her family with a deep dive into sourcing diamonds, gemstones and pearls. Her years of working with the all-female buying team gave her the opportunity to discover new talent and secret sources. Now, with EFG Designs, she not only honors her family's extraordinary legacy but charts a bold new course, seamlessly blending tradition with contemporary sensibilities.
