Fortunoffjewelry.com will soon go on hiatus and there will be a transition to a new website operated by Esther Fortunoff-Greene.

  • I have an item I bought on FortunoffJewelry.com. What should I do if I want to refund or exchange it, or need it repaired?
    Don’t worry! EFG Designs, the new business that Esther Fortunoff-Greene is launching, will honor the return and service obligations from FortunoffJewelry.com for purchases made prior to March 20, 2025. For more information, please email us at service@EFGDesigns.com. One of our friendly knowledgeable team will reach out to you to assist you.
  • I have an item I bought on FortunoffJewelry.com. What do I do if I want to refund or exchange it, or need it repaired?
    As of March 19, 2025 Fortunoff Fine Jewelry (www.fortunoffjewelry.com) will begin a new phase with new partners ensuring the Fortunoff family’s legacy in the jewelry business worldwide. After a hiatus, the website will return with a fresh look and new direction reimagined for today’s customers. Keep checking back here for updates in the coming weeks!
  • I loved shopping with Esther and the Fortunoff Jewelry team. What is her plan?
    Esther is launching her new business, EFGDesigns.com. The name reflects her personal passion for creating and re-designing jewelry. The new website, scheduled to launch March 2025, will offer a curated selection of her favorite pieces, more intimate and easier to shop. Esther is looking forward to having more time for personal consultations, whether to find a perfect gift; or to evaluate your inherited or no-longer-worn jewelry, to redesign fresh new pieces you’ll love, or for informed guidance in how to divest of them.

We ship "in stock" orders within 3 business days, excluding holidays, using standard ground shipping. Orders designated "2-Day" or "Overnight" are still subject to order processing and fulfillment, and are shipped as soon as possible. We do not typically ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or for weekend delivery.

Our jewelry is shipped in a gift box. Gift wrapping and personalized gift cards are provided at no additional charge, upon request.

In future, you may request a pouch instead of a box.

If your order contains multiple items and you request gift wrap, a small removable sticker will be placed under the wrapped gift box indicating the style number for that piece. 

 

We accept refunds and exchanges within 14 days. For more information, see Returns & Exchanges.

No prices are shown on packing slip, rather a description of the item(s) and a return label. You will be sent an order confirmation email that will total your purchases. You may also print a confirmation page from our website for your records.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. To check the status, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com for delivery status, or you can email us at service@efgdesigns.com or call us at 1-800-636-7886.

We ship via US Postal Service and FedEx.com. Ground shipping is available in the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. There are additional charges for "2-Day" and "Overnight" services. See our Shipping Information page for costs and delivery options. We require a signature for all packages over $700 and any order going to a business, apartment or suite. All packages are insured.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and Paypal.

We will “size” items when possible. We offer a ring-size guide here to help you determine your size before ordering. We can also adjust the size on necklaces, bracelets or rings after the recipient has received the gift. Please contact us for instructions on how to proceed.

As long as the order hasn’t shipped, we will try to accommodate changes. Customer Service is available between 9am-1pm Monday through Thursday.
